Job Title : MIG Welder (Structural Steel)Location : ChesterfieldPay Rate : £15.00 per hour + Overtime (1.5x)  Job Type : Temporary to Permanent  Hours : Monday to Friday, 06 : 00 – 14 : 30 + Optional Overtime until 16 : 30  Are you an experienced MIG Welder with strong knowledge of structural steel? We’re looking for a skilled welder to join a well-established company on a temp-to-perm basis.What You’ll Be Doing :  - Daily MIG welding, mainly working on structural steel projects  - Working from technical drawings (experience preferred)  - Maintaining high welding standards and safety compliance  What We’re Looking For :  - Minimum 4–5 years MIG welding experience  - Solid background working with structural steel  - Fully trained in welding techniques – no formal qualifications or coding required  - Reliable, flexible and able to work well as part of a team  Hours & Benefits : - Standard hours : 06 : 00 to 14 : 30, Monday to Friday  - Overtime available daily until 16 : 30 (paid at 1.5x)  - 1 x 30-minute unpaid break + 1 x 15-minute paid break  - Friendly and supportive working environment  - Opportunity for permanent employment after the temp period  If you’re a dependable MIG Welder ready to hit the ground running, we’d love to hear from you.
