Job Title : Teaching Assistant
Job Description :
As a Teaching Assistant you will play a crucial role in supporting students. You will potentially be working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) . Your primary responsibility will be to assist teachers in providing support to students or 1 : 1 support. You will need to demonstrate resilience, patience, and a nurturing attitude in order to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Location : Elmbridge
Contract Type : Full Time
Role Description :
This is a full-time contract position, with the expectation of working standard hours. The salary range is £450 - £480 per week, with benefits including CPD and PAYE.
Job Duties :
- Providing assistance to help students achieve their learning goals
- Developing students communication and social awareness
- Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Assisting in key subjects such as tailored numeracy & literacy
Experience :
Prior experience in childcrae in educational or personal settings.
