Our client who are a growing manufacturing business based in Droitwich, are seeking a hands-on, solution-focused Financial Controller to lead their finance function. This is a key leadership role, working closely with the Managing Director and senior team to drive financial performance, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision-making.

As Financial Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our client financial operations. This includes leading the finance team, managing budgets and forecasts, improving financial processes, and ensuring robust financial reporting. You will play a vital role in maintaining financial health and shaping their business strategy.

The salary for this position is up to £65,000 depending on experience. Hours of work are 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday, office based.

As the Financial Controller, your key responsibilities will include :

• Financial Management & Reporting : Lead the production of monthly management accounts, financial statements, and reports for senior leadership. Perform variance analysis, oversee VAT returns, manage cash reconciliations (Sterling and Euro), and maintain the Fixed Asset Register
