• Encourage student participation and confidence in learning activities.

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to enhance student development.What We’re Looking For :
• Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting (preferred but not essential).
• A passion for education and supporting young learners.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability, patience, and a positive attitude.
• An understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies (training will be provided).
