Are you a Production Manager or senior Shift Manager looking for a new position within the food industry? Looking for a company where you can make meaningful change? We are currently working with a well-established food manufacturer who are looking for a Production Manager to join the team on a Mon-Fri days shift. You will be responsible for ensuring and maximising efficiency, food safety and quality standards, productivity and customer service levels. You will oversee the whole Production area, upholding HSE rules and procedures, coordinating and developing training plans. A strong CI mindset and exposure to CI / Lean techniques will be beneficial in this position. You will ideally have 5-10 years management experience within the food industry, a hands on approach and lead by example management style. Experience in a high volume, fast paced and target driven environment will be advantageous.
