This position is located in a fast-paced environment with high sales turnover, creating an atmosphere where every day feels like a significant trading day. As the store manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the commercial success of your assigned department. You'll oversee a team of 7 to 10 staff on the sales floor, leading by example with a hands-on approach. Collaboration is crucial, as you'll work alongside a larger management team across multiple stores, requiring smooth teamwork and efficient operational coordination.

We're looking for candidates with retail management experience and a sharp sense of commercial strategy. Your ability to deliver excellent customer service, along with a proactive approach to meeting store performance targets and KPIs, will be key to your success. Since your team may include members from external brands and concessions, your skills in building strong relationships will be invaluable.
