The role of a Cover Supervisor doesn’t include planning and preparation, however strong communication and classroom management skills are a must.The successful Cover Supervisor will have :

• CACHE LEVEL 2 / 3 OR 6 months experience
• Be confident in their ability to manage a class of students within the age range 11 to 16+
• Be able to manage behaviour in the classroom to ensure students remain engaged
