Due to growth, the company need to recruit a Financre Assistant on a temp to perm basis. Reporting into the Transactional Finance Manager, this roles involves preparation of monthly management accounts, ensuring that the business are following processes and retain records for audit, ensuring  comprehensive reconciliations for balance sheets & other accounts, exposure to departmental and wider business projects and clear personal development within the Finance Team.Immediate interview & start! Key Responsibilities : Supporting the Management Accountants to provide Monthly Reporting Packs including Consolidated Group Account and Banking Pack ReportsSupport with accurate and timely reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts for both the UK company and international subsidiaries, including Intercompany reconciliations across all entitiesReporting and analysis as required by management accountant with support & developmentEnsuring that we are always up to date and in line with accounting standards and compliance requirements across the processes, as set by the senior members of the teamAlign with business improvement and efficiency initiatives as appropriateLiaising with other finance teams and the wider business to achieve objectivesEnsure that financial controls are consistently applied to your roleManage and support audit queries alongside the Finance Manager and Group FCAny other duties that may be reasonably required by the teamSkills & requirementsGCSE Mathematics and English Required – ‘A’ Level Mathematics an advantagePart Qualified AAT / CIMA / ACCA an advantageExcel Intermediate as minimum – Dynamics 365 an advantage2+ years’ experience gained in a similar environmentProven experience in working in a successful teamTo not miss out on this opportunity and to find out more please send your updated CV to (url removed)
