Assistant Production Manager - Luxury Perfume Manufacturing
Location : Greenhithe
Hours : Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM (Flexibility Required)
Salary : £30,000 - £33,000 (Dependent on Experience)

Are you an experienced manufacturing professional with a passion for quality and efficiency ? My client is expanding their Production Team and is looking for an Assistant Production Manager to help deliver world-class luxury perfumes .
Key Responsibilities :
Production Oversight - Assist in planning and monitoring daily manufacturing activities.
Quality & Compliance - Ensure strict adherence to GMP & ISO : 22716 standards.
Team Leadership - Train, mentor, and support production staff, stepping in for the Production Manager when required.
Inventory & Resource Management - Coordinate stock levels and minimise waste.
Health & Safety - Promote a safe working environment through regular training and compliance checks.
Process Improvement - Identify and implement efficiency-boosting strategies.
What's Required :
Experience in manufacturing operations , ideally in perfume, cosmetics, or FMCG industries .
Strong knowledge of GMP & ISO : 22716 standards.
Proven leadership and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and quality control .
Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
