We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team in The New Bungalow as Support Workers. With a commitment to person-centred care, we aim to empower our residents to live happy and fulfilling lives. Join us in making a difference!
As a Support Worker, you will :
- Help residents identify and achieve their personal goals and ambitions
- Provide practical and personal support in a caring, approachable, and person-centred manner.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver a safe, high-quality, and inclusive service.
- Work flexible shifts, including early and late shifts, weekends, and bank holidays, as part of a weekly rota.
- This role will also include sleep-in shifts.
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who have a genuine desire to support others in transforming their lives.
What you'll need :
No previous experience of qualifications are required. When you join us, you'll receive comprehensive training through our exclusive Training Academy, equipping you to deliver exceptional support.
