Job Description
Our client is one of Surrey’s longest and leading IT Support companies growing from strength to strength.

You will be working alongside a friendly team of technicians who are full of innovative ideas and always looking to advance their skillset. You will be exposed to new technologies and always learning from the best in the IT industry, in an easy-going yet hard-working environment.
The ideal candidate will offer 1st line support duties to a wide range of clients around the Surrey region. Most of your week will be spent in the office with some work from home options each week (after the initial training period). You will have the opportunity to visit clients on some occasions. You will be directly involved in all areas of IT support and be a true asset to the company by delivering high levels of support / service to a mix range of internal and external clients.
The ideal candidate must have :
- Outstanding telephone customer support experience
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Keen attitude to learn
- One or more years of experience in an IT Support role
- A passion for IT and Technology
- A full UK driving license
