SuperCare is searching for an adept and experienced Team Leader (2 years) to manage operations at a new residential children's home near Norwood Junction. Adaptability is key, as the role requires responsive and successful navigation of evolving demands. The job description outlines the expected responsibilities, including leading shifts, formulating support plans for young people, and fostering their overall welfare in alignment with the Children Act 1989.
