• Operate an HGV Class 2 vehicle to transport office furniture and equipment safely between client sites.
• Load and unload office furniture, ensuring all items are handled with care and are properly secured for transport.
• Assist with packing and unpacking of office items, ensuring everything is delivered in perfect condition.
• Maintain high standards of customer service by interacting with clients in a professional and courteous manner.
• Ensure all deliveries are completed within agreed timeframes, adhering to traffic regulations and company guidelines.
• Complete all relevant paperwork, such as delivery logs, vehicle checks, and incident reports.Key Requirements :
• Valid HGV Class 2 (C) license.
• CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) qualification.
• Previous experience in office removals or similar driving roles is desirable but not essential.
• Strong understanding of driving regulations and safety standards.
• Physically fit with the ability to lift and move heavy items.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
