About the Role : We are seeking a skilled Mobile Fabric Engineer to join our Facilities Management team, delivering high-quality maintenance services across Greater London, the City, and sites stretching from Norwich to Oxford. This is a hands-on role, ideal for a proactive individual with a trade qualification and building services experience. You’ll be provided with a company van, fuel card, and access to parking apps to support your mobility across our diverse portfolio of sites.Key Responsibilities : Carry out basic plumbing repairs and maintenanceReplace bulbs and perform routine lighting checksConduct emergency lighting inspections and repairsRespond to callouts as part of a 1 in 7 rotaEnsure all work is completed to a high standard, adhering to health and safety regulationsWhat We’re Looking For : A recognised trade qualification (e.g., plumbing, electrical, or multi-skilled building services)Proven experience in building services maintenanceA clean UK Driving Licence (essential)Ability to live close to the M25 for efficient travel to sitesStrong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitudeFlexibility to cover sites between Norwich and Oxford as requiredBuild Recruitment Limited acts as an Employment Business for the supply of temporary workers and an Employment Agency in relation to permanent vacancies.
