Caralex Recruitment Limited have been asked to recruit a Town Planner for a well-regarded residential developer based in Hampshire. The role will be to work closely with the land team on sites they are reviewing as possible development sites to buy. The work will then continue advising the land team as the land is bought, through to obtaining planning consent, attending meetings such as public consultations, proposals and appeals, with planning consultants, councils etc. You will ideally have experience of working in a Town Planning role with a residential developer and keen for a new challenge on more interesting projects, or a Planning Consultant that advises residential development clients, or a Planning Officer with a council, with a minimum of 2 years' post-graduation experience with a degree in Town Planning or related discipline
