Job description

Key Responsibilities

Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold, leasehold, and new build transactions, from instruction through to completion.
Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring all transactions are handled smoothly and efficiently.
Liaise directly with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties involved in property transactions.
Prepare and review contracts, transfer deeds, and other legal documents.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Manage transactions to meet deadlines, with a focus on delivering the best possible client experience.
Offer a high standard of client care, communicating effectively and professionally at all times.
Contribute to the growth and success of the firm by adhering to internal processes and providing business development support where appropriate.

Requirements :

The candidate will be a qualified solicitor or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years property experience in a reputable law firm.

The candidate will also be proficient in the legal aspects relating to all aspects of residential property law.

Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

The candidate will have a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage their workload effectively under pressure.

The candidate must be self-motivated and have an ability to work both independently and as part of the team.

The candidate will have the ability to demonstrate a high degree of Residential Conveyancing awareness and will have an ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
