We are recruiting for a Building Maintenance Operative / Engineer to cover PPM and reactive maintenance on a mobile basis in the East Cheshire, Crewe and Stoke area. The maintenance operative / engineer will be responsible for working on healthcare / care provider estates and completing planned and reactive maintenance to the buildings. The role is a permanent position paying between 35-38k (38k for engineering background) depending on qualification and skill level. Mon-Fri 40 hours per week days.
