Procurement Executive Based in Crawley

Salary : £30,000 per annum

An opportunity has risen for a bright, conscientious individual to join our Procurement team, delivering first class administrative and support services to our customers and internal consultants. You will be central to our school-to-school sales process from dealing with business as usual requests and purchasing of product as well as gaining quotations for our account managers and developing day-to-day relationships with our suppliers.

Based in Crawley and reporting to the Procurement Manager - our ideal candidate needs to be a good communicator, provide great customer service and excellent attention to detail. The candidate will need good IT knowledge with ability to use different systems - particularly our CRM (training will be provided) to ensure that quotes / orders that are converted effectively to sales orders, products are ordered on time and the customer is kept informed throughout.
