Site Manager Location : Exeter £50,000 - £60,000 + Company Van Permanent, Site-basedAre you a Site Manager looking for a new role? A water sector leading solutions provider is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their Construction team based in Exeter working on one of their major Water Frameworks.Reporting to the Head of Construction, the Site Manager will be responsible for leading and directing the site team, ensuring the safe and efficient management of all operational activities. You will ensure that all health, safety, quality, environmental, programme, and budget requirements are met.Key Responsibilities : Site ManagerOversee and manage all site operations with consideration for the local population and the travelling public.Supervise, manage, and mentor the site team to achieve project objectives.Implement cost-conscious management practices to ensure efficient resource use.Develop, review, and maintain realistic project programmes.Ensure that method statements and risk assessments are prepared, reviewed, communicated, and updated as required.Provide accurate as-constructed records to the CDMC for inclusion in the Health and Safety File upon project completion.Attend all necessary training relevant to site management duties, including appointed person and temporary works courses.Key Requirements : Site ManagerRecognised Civil Engineering or Site Management qualifications.Health, Safety, and Environmental Management certification (IOSH or Construction Managers Safety Certificate).CSCS Site Manager qualification (minimum requirement).First Aid at Work certification.Relevant experience in the Water and Wastewater Treatment Industry.Company InformationAt First Recruitment Group we understand just how important it is to secure the right people.
