Job Title : Forklift Counterbalance Driver Salary : £13.00 per hour, weekly pay Location : Norwich (NR5 & NR7 - Own transport required, as work is split between two locations) Hours : Monday to Friday, alternating work patterns : 6 : 00 AM - 2 : 00 PM & 2 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM (rotating weekly)About the Role : Interaction Recruitment is excited to partner with a growing client based in Costessey who are seeking a reliable Forklift Counterbalance Driver to join their team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This is an immediate start opportunity, with the potential to become a permanent role for the right candidate.As an FLT Driver, you will be responsible for the efficient and safe movement of goods, supporting the operations team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The successful candidate will have a valid FLT Counterbalance Licence and a strong understanding of warehouse procedures.Key Responsibilities : Safely loading and unloading goods from lorriesPlacing pallets in designated storage areasManaging stock rotation to ensure accuracy and efficiencyHandling goods in and goods out processesVerifying that incoming stock matches the load sheetAbout You : The ideal candidate will have : A valid FLT Counterbalance Licence (RTITB or ITSSAR)Proven experience in a similar warehouse or logistics roleStrong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressureOwn transport, as the role requires travel to both NR5 and NR7 locationsIf you are confident in your forklift driving skills and meet the above requirements, we’d love to hear from you!
