The role
As a Service Support Lead, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Effectively managing the coordination tasking for external support contracts within the Infrastructure Organisation for tasks.
Day-to-day, you’ll maintain and coordinate an effective external support services capability, as well as :
- Co-ordinate all task dependences internal and external to ensure outsourced and internal support are delivered to schedule, quality and cost.
- Identify trends and single points of failure and make recommendations and (where applicable) implement potential improvements and optimisations.
- Provide continued improvement recommendations, highlighting additional cost-effective activities that could be conducted.
- Hold regular meetings with Service Management to update on current tasking performance and coordinate on future scheduled tasking.
- Introduce consistent reporting metrics.
This role is full time and is a hybrid role with 1 day onsite per week at Hawthorn.
