Cover Supervisor – Consett

Key Responsibilities :

Supervising classes in the absence of a teacher

Delivering pre-set work and maintaining classroom discipline

Supporting students to stay engaged and focused

Upholding school policies and ensuring a positive learning environment

Requirements :

• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Experience working with young people (preferred but not essential)
