About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team as the Digital Marketing Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in running successful digital marketing campaigns, a pro at digital analytics and has a passion for making a meaningful impact. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies across these channels, driving growth and maximising our online presence.

Our mission is to create memories for our guests that last forever. The digital world is always changing, so we need someone at the forefront to help us move and change with it, bringing creative ideas to the table and execute engaging content. Here’s a little insight into your new role;

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies focused on PPC, SEO and Paid Social to drive brand awareness, increase website traffic, and increase revenue.
Work in conjunction with our external partners to conduct keyword research, manage PPC campaigns and optimise bidding strategies to maximise ROI and drive targeted traffic to our website.
Optimise website content and technical aspects to improve organic search visibility, ranking, and overall SEO performance.
Plan and execute engaging Paid Social campaigns on various platforms, targeting relevant audiences and maximising ad performance.
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, PPC, SEO, and Paid Social, and incorporate them into our strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with organizational goals and initiatives.
Manage relationships with external agencies and partners to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing campaigns?
Manage a small team and provide guidance to junior team members, fostering their growth and development within the organisation.

Requirements :

Proven experience as Digital Marketing Manager or similar role. We would love if you had experience in the world of hospitality, however, all relevant experience will be considered.

In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media platforms, email marketing software, analytics platforms, and content management systems.

Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns, driving measurable results.

Excellent team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data analytics tools to extract insights and make data-driven decisions.

Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks, manage budgets, and meet deadlines.

This role is a hybrid role with 3 days working across our hotels or in our HQ at Crieff Hydro and the remaining 2 days working from home.
