About Us
Solace Womens Aid is dedicated to ending the harm caused by gender-based violence. We work with women and children, offering services that are tailored to the unique needs of survivors. Our approach is holistic and empowering, partnering with survivors to help them achieve independent, abuse-free lives.
We are now looking for a Deputy Director of Fundraising to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week.

The Role
As the Deputy Director of Fundraising, you will oversee the implementation of our income growth strategies .
Leading the statutory and non-statutory income generation team, you will manage budgets, and ensure fundraising targets are met.
Working closely with service teams, you will retain and grow commissioned income, securing funding through persuasive tenders, grants, and high-quality applications.
You will also build relationships with key stakeholders, with a focus on multi-year partnerships, while also overseeing the execution of fundraising campaigns and innovative giving initiatives.
