We are seeking a dedicated SEMH Class Teacher to join an inclusive SEMH School in Colchester. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver well-structured lessons tailored to meet the individual needs of students with SEMH challenges.
- Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages personal and academic growth.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and implementing strategies to support development.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care and effective teaching strategies.
- Implement and uphold the school’s policies on behaviour management and safeguarding.
- Contribute to whole-school activities and initiatives to enrich the educational experience.
- Develop and adapt resources to engage students in creative and meaningful ways.
