CS Construction Staffing are currently working with a leading structural steel fabrication company based in Coatbridge working to the highest standards achievable across multiple sectors.Our client is looking to expand their setup with additional hires of Welder / Fabricators.This is a Temporary to Permanent position over 13 weeksMonday to Friday40 Hours per weekSalary : £14 to £18 per hour depending on experienceKey Responsibilities : Perform welding on a variety of metals, including steel, stainless steel, and aluminium.Read and interpret technical drawings to carry out welding tasks to the highest standards.Operate and maintain welding equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency.Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and quality requirements.Comply with all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.Requirements : Proven welding experience within the industry.Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team#LI-JS1Legal Information : We act as an employment agency for permanent work and as an employment business for temporary work.For roles in the UK, applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK.We value diversity and promote equality.
