Are you looking to get into the world of property? Do you have previous experience within sales?

Location : Clacton, Essex

Salary : £12.50-£14.50p / h depending on experience

At deverellsmith, we're experiencing a significant demand for New Homes Sales Consultants across all parts of Essex but specifically Clacton. Whether you're seeking ad hoc shifts, temporary roles, or long-term contracts, we'll help you find a position that aligns with your lifestyle and career goals.

Who will you be working for?

We partner with some of the most renowned property developers, offering you the chance to work on a variety of projects, including :

First-time buyer developments
Build-to-rent schemes
Luxury and high-end properties
Young professional living spaces
Mid-range new homes

We take the time to understand your experience, strengths, and career goals making sure we place you in a role that's the right fit for you

What will you be doing?

Your day-to-day tasks will vary based on the development, but typical duties include :

Handling customer enquiries via phone and online platforms

Conducting show home and development tours

Following up on sales leads from Rightmove, Zoopla, and other sources

Providing excellent customer service and guiding buyers through the process

Ensuring the marketing suite remains presentable and welcoming

Assisting with key handovers and home demonstration

Requirements

Job requirements vary from client to client but the main requirements that we would need are :

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Preferably Front of House experience

Experience within selling to high-net-worth individuals

Previous property experience is ideal but not essential

Fluency in multiple languages is highly desirable
