Registered Nurse| Staff Nurse | Nurse Adult | RGN | RMNNursing | Nursing Home | Elderly Care | Dementia Care | Mental HealthJOB DESCRIPTION : Our client, a reputable nursing home in Chester, is currently looking to recruit a permanent Staff Nurse to help provide the highest levels of nursing care to their elderly residents.
- Registered Adult Nurse –RGN or Mental Health Nurse - RMN
- 22.25 per hour
- Paid breaks
- 38.5 hours per week
- Day or night shifts available, you chose
- Nursing, dementia and mental health wings
- Job reference JO19382SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED :
- You must be a qualified nurse – RGN or RMN- and have a valid NMC PIN
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for elderly and dementia care
- Dedication to providing the highest levels of care
- Previous experience within a similar setting
- Minimum 6 months’ nursing experienceJOB REQUIREMENTS OF THE REGISTERED NURSE / RN / STAFF NURSE :
- Planning, assessing, delivering and evaluating individual care
- Organising and motivating the carers to ensure good standards of care are delivered
- May assist in inductions and orientations of new care staff
