I have a NHS client looking to hire a Vehicle Technician to work on their Fleet of Vehicles on a Permananent Basis. Based in the Surrey Area.A C1 Licence would be preferable but if you dont have one then the trust will pay for one for you.Duties;To service, repair and maintain a diverse fleet of vehicles and specialist ambulance equipment to emergency use standards, using the requisite skills and expertise in line with current Health and Safety legislation.The post holder will be able to work without close supervision to the highest standards to achieve acceptable levels of quality on vehicles specifically and distinctly designed for the trust.To examine, inspect and report thoroughly on the condition, roadworthiness or safety of any vehicle or equipment, including testing and use of diagnostic techniques.To service, maintain, adjust or repair vehicles, equipment or any component using the necessary tools, equipment and facilities in a safe and efficient manner.
