About the role
Benefact Group , are looking for a Group Finance Intern to join our Gloucester office.
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a paid placement year for a university student to join our Group Financ e Team for 12 months.
This internship will provide valuable insight into the world of Accounting and Finance and you will make a meaningful contribution to our team, working in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities
- Assist with monthly management accounting, analysis processes, and internal reporting, including financial analysis, commentary and dashboards
- Support annual statutory reporting and audit processes
- Contribute to quarterly regulatory returns, including Solvency II and other industry reports
- Support the implementation of changes to accounting standards and business processes
- Assist in the daily, weekly and monthly reconciliation processes
- Provide support to the wider finance teams, including tax support and engagement in ad hoc projects
- Develop self through hands-on experience and training
