Your expertise will fuel the workforce of Voyage Care - making a tangible difference in the lives of those we support.Key Responsibilities : Be the talent hunter : Sourcing candidates using CV searches, job boards, referrals, and our internal database.Screen with precision : Conduct in-depth telephone interviews to ensure each candidate is the right fit.Build our talent pool : Encourage and nurture candidates, ensuring we have the best talent ready to join us.Manage relationships : Coordinate interviews, maintain strong communication with both hiring managers and candidates, and ensure smooth vacancy closure.Drive results : Meet KPIs and SLAs while ensuring timely, efficient recruitment processes.What You’ll Need to Succeed : Proven track record in a fast-paced recruitment environment.Outstanding people skills and experience dealing with candidates over the phone or face-to-face.Ability to thrive in a busy, ever-changing work environment with excellent multi-tasking abilities.A meticulous eye for detail in managing recruitment systems and databases, preferably using an applicant tracking system.Previous in-house or agency recruitment experience is preferred.Ready to make an impact?This is your chance to take ownership of a critical role within a company that truly values its employees and offers opportunities for growth and professional development.
