The role ofCall Handler willinclude :

• Undertaking responsive and proactive call handling duties
• Responding to emergency calls from customers
• Updating and maintainingdata systems and customer records
• Delivering ahigh quality standardof service tocustomers
• Hybrid working after 6 months
