The role ofCall Handler willinclude :
- Undertaking responsive and proactive call handling duties
- Responding to emergency calls from customers
- Updating and maintainingdata systems and customer records
- Delivering ahigh quality standardof service tocustomers
- Hybrid working after 6 months
