The Role :
You will be part of a team of Crisis Support Workers delivering mainly one-to-one support to clients over the telephone or face to face at one of our Bradford Hub. You will report directly to a Team Leader and will support people to regain control over their lives and access further sources of support. The role is emotionally demanding due to the nature of distress experienced by clients.
As a Safe Spaces Relief Worker, you will also have the opportunity to be part of our bank staff, offering ad-hoc relief cover for absence / annual leave.

Shifts available (All Office Based) :
12 : 00 – 19 : 20 (6hrs 50 mins includes 30 min break)
16 : 00 – 23 : 20 (6hrs 50 mins includes 30 min break)
19 : 10 – 2 : 30 (6hrs 50 mins includes 30 min break) + night-time enhancement
What do we offer :
Salary : £12.00 per hour (£13.14 per hour on completion of a successful
probation period)
Base : Kenburgh House, 28 Manor Row, Central Bradford, with occasional travel across the district
Responsible to : Service Manager
Pension : We operate a contributory pension scheme which you will be auto- enrolled into (subject to the conditions of the scheme).
Probationary period : 6 months
