katiebardBirmingham City CentreA fantastic Finance - Tech business based internationally are looking for a client focussed individual for a primarily telephone, sales-based role. Working as part of the wider Business Development team, you will be responsible for all initial contact with clients. Although this is not a sales role, you must be comfortable talking about the companies products fluently as well as upselling where appropriate. Your responsibilities will include : Professional Account Management of existing client accounts including handling queries Assisting with sales generation on new products and promotions through upselling and passing on relevant leads to the sale team Working with the wider team in order to meet targets and forecast potential sales Assist in gathering information from existing clients in order to grow the brands range and reach All other ad hoc responsibilities in line with the teams requirementsThis role is fully remote based though they will be opening an office in Birmingham City Centre soon so candidates must be happy to come in in the future.
