Care Assistant, Support Worker or similar experience is desirable but not essential. We offer an excellent training and induction programme for everyone!
As a Support Worker with Leonard Cheshire, you will become part of a fantastic team. Every day is different, but here are just some of the duties you will do :
- Assistance with daily life tasks including personal care, medication and mealtimes.
- Escort and assist in and around the service, at external events and appointments.
- Supporting our Person Centred approach, encouraging maximum independence for our customers and helping to achieve individual aspirations.
- Maintain up to date and accurate records.
