Job description

Salary : Up to $4.5K per month

Position : Application Support Engineer (Java & PEGA)

Contract Duration : 12 months (Renewable & Convertible)

Industry : Information technology (IT) services and management consulting

Location : Raffles City

Job Description

Implement application enhancements based on Change Requests (CRs).
Conduct thorough application testing and resolve defects efficiently.
Provide production support, addressing user queries and resolving issues.
Deliver resolutions or workarounds for reported problems.
Collaborate with external system teams when necessary to resolve issues.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining high-quality standards.
Monitor and meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs), escalating issues when required.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in Java development.

Open to junior candidates with relevant Java experience.

Willingness to learn and work with PEGA.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to handle production support and liaise with users effectively.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
