The role :
Opportunity for a Commercial Associate 3+ years PQE to progress within a leading commercial team in Cardiff.
This firm stands out from the crowd by virtue of its impressive track record of high-profile cross-border mandates and international transactions. Their client base is varied, but sector focuses for the practice include technology, manufacturing and healthcare.
The team is looking for an individual who has experience across a broad range of commercial contracts and demonstrates outstanding drafting and negotiation skills. With the support and guidance of senior lawyers, you will be given a platform to manage relationships yourself and take the lead on transactions.
They would be particularly interested to hear from those who have additional experience with complex and high-value services and supply contracts, telecoms, data protection, public procurement and / or subsidy control.
The ideal candidate :
- Commercial Associate 3+ years PQEwith training and experience in a quality practice
- Excellent technical knowledge and open to a varied workload
- Proven track record in business development activities
