This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to join a well-established and leading law firm in Central London (Monument). This role will be 35hr week with 5 days a week in the office and pays £75,000.Going through continued growth and expansion, my client is a leading UK solicitors firm with circa 50 offices across the UK. To be considered for this position you will be CIPD Level 5 qualified and ideally have previous professional services experience.Managing a team of 2 HR Generalists, an L&D Coordinator, and a back-office HR team in India, you will be responsible for the oversight & support of all aspects of the HR function supporting circa 500 staff. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for : Providing HR reports and updates to Senior ManagementImplementation of HR strategy and development of HR IT systems and processesManaging & overseeing payroll Overseeing and managing learning & development, including overseeing training activities and training requestsManaging the recruitment process and developing candidate pools for all positions, including succession planningOverseeing the on-boarding, probation and appraisals process, and staff attendance and absence monitoringManaging employment relations issues such as grievances & disciplinaries.
