At Kilnbridge, our Project Managers are leaders, problem-solvers, and trusted client partners. You’ll be responsible for : - Leading the safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery of complex structural steel projects across infrastructure, rail, data centres, and bridges- Acting as a trusted client partner, managing stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle- Coordinating with subcontractors and internal teams, including K-FAB fabrication and design / engineering specialists- Leading and develop site teams, promoting collaboration and strong team performance- Ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards- Managing project budgets, timelines, and resources to deliver on programme and within cost- Solving technical and logistical challenges to maintain project momentum- Maintaining high-quality standards through all phases, from planning to handoverMany of our leaders, including current Operations Directors and Construction Directors, started in roles just like this.
