Maintenance Supervisor📍 Canary Wharf | £57,000 | Mon–Fri, 8–5 or 7–4We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team within a 44-floor commercial building currently undergoing a major refurbishment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced supervisor to manage skilled engineers and ensure the smooth operation of cutting-edge systems in a prestigious environment.What You’ll Be Doing :

• Leading and supervising a team of 12 engineers across a large, multi-floor commercial site
• Overseeing day-to-day maintenance operations and supporting ongoing refurbishment works
• Acting as the key on-site point of contact for the client, ensuring clear communication and effective service delivery
• Supporting hands-on problem-solving and maintaining high standards across all M&E services
• Reporting to senior management and coordinating with other departments to meet operational goalsWhat We’re Looking For :
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within building maintenance or engineering services
• Strong technical background – HV certification is a plus, but not essential
• Confident in a client-facing role with great communication skills
• Proficient with building management systems and reporting tools
