You’ll oversee a wide-ranging directorate, from libraries and community hubs to bereavement services and council tax support, touching the lives of every household and business within the Borough.With responsibility for a budget of £10M and oversight of revenue and benefit transactions exceeding £800M annually, this is a senior leadership role where your impact will be significant and visible.Services you will be responsible for : Customer Services & AssessmentsCommunity HubsLibraries, Culture & HeritageRevenues, Benefits, and Financial AssessmentsRegistration & Nationality ServicesMortuary & Bereavement ServicesYou will have direct management for several Heads of Service and inspire a wider team of around 300 staff.
