• Manage the end-to-end lettings process from initial enquiry to move-in
• Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors to coordinate viewings, maintenance, and tenancy agreements
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice to prospective tenants
• Prepare tenancy agreements and ensure all documentation is compliant and up-to-date
• Maintain accurate records on the CRM system and follow up with clients in a timely manner
• Provide general administrative support to the lettings team
• Assist with marketing and advertising of rental properties across various platformsRequirements :
• Previous experience in a lettings or property-related role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
• A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
• Knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance desirable
