Electrical Project ManagerAre you an experienced Electrical Project Manager with years of experience delivering projects in the residential sector? A well-established design & build engineering contractor is eager to welcome a skilled professional to their team for a new build residential project in Camden, London.About the RoleIn this role, you'll be conducting site surveys, reviewing drawings, and working closely with our estimating team on tenders. You'll also collaborate with the QS to create and manage variations, develop project programmes, and ensure health and safety compliance. Most importantly, you'll be delivering projects effectively, making sure everything runs smoothly and meets the high standards set.About The CompanyThey’re a multi-disciplinary engineering services contractor, known for their work in residential and mixed-use projects. Their expertise covers various sectors, including education, student accommodation, retail, commercial, retirement living, and care homes. They’ve become the engineering service provider of choice in these growth segments, and they’re proud of our reputation for quality and reliability.What They’re Looking ForThey’re looking for someone with at least 10 years of relevant experience, particularly on large residential projects over £8 million. You should have a solid understanding of project management and engineering, along with strong commercial knowledge. Experience with health, safety, and environmental systems is essential, as is the ability to juggle multiple priorities and manage time effectively.Leadership and team motivation are key, and you should be comfortable managing performance, giving feedback, and addressing any issues that arise.
