Job Description

Temp Accounts Payable Assistant :

• Process invoices and payments in an efficient and timely manner
• Maintain and reconcile supplier statements
• Assist in the preparation of month-end accounts
• Manage queries related to accounts payable
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the accounts payable process
• Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Support other members of the accounting and finance team as needed

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounts Payable Assistant should have :

• A good understanding of accounts payable processes
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency in using accounting software
• A keen eye for detail
