Shifts : Rotating shifts
6am2pm & 2pm10pm (Flexibility to cover night shifts if required)Own transport essentialDuties :
Supervise daily operations, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to promote effective team management.
Oversee processes and implement new procedures to ensure standards and KPIs are achieved in a timely manner.
Collaborate with other departments, including other sites, to ensure seamless operations.
Address any customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Implement health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
Requirements :
Previous experience in warehouse management or a similar role within a logistics and production environment is essential.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
Proven supervisory experience with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with staff and customers alike.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Previous experience in production is considered an advantage but not essential.
Flexibility to travel between sites when shift cover is required.
A car is essential due to travel requirements.
