Job Title : Residential Worker
Location : Burton Upon Trent
Hours : Monday to Sunday (Varied)
Shifts : Mornings, Afternoon and Night Shift
Pay : £11.44 to £13.16 Per Hour
Contract : Temporary to Permanent after 12 Weeks
Are you a dedicated and compassionate individual with a passion for making a difference in the lives of residents with challenging behaviour? We are seeking an experienced Residential Worker to join our team in Burton, providing support and care to individuals in a residential setting.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide one-on-one support to residents with behavioural challenges.
Implement effective behaviour management strategies.
Assist in the development of individualized care plans.
Create a positive and inclusive living environment.
Collaborate with other staff to meet residents’ unique needs.

Requirements :
Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a residential care setting.
Experience working with individuals with Autism, ASD, ADHD, MLD, Behavioural Issues, Social & Emotional Needs.
Strong behaviour management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant qualifications or training in residential care support.
Must be keen, enthusiastic, and passionate.
