The school works with pupils who have Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and may display challenging behaviour or need extra help with emotional regulation and engagement.

What You’ll Be Doing :

Supporting pupils 1 : 1 and in small groups

Helping manage behaviour in a calm and consistent way

Encouraging self-confidence, resilience, and social skills

Assisting with lesson activities and classroom routines

Supervising pupils during transitions and break times

What You’ll Need :

Experience with children or young people, especially those with SEMH or behavioural needs

A patient, calm, and positive approach

Good teamwork and communication skills

A Child Workforce Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to get one at your own cost
