• Full time, 36.5 hours per week (including Saturdays)
• Permanent position

We’re looking for a creative and motivated designer who thrives in a customer-focused environment.The RoleAs a Kitchen & Bedroom Designer and Sales Person, you’ll be working closely with customers to create beautifully designed kitchens and bedrooms that match their vision. You’ll be expected to work independently while being a valuable team player.Key Responsibilities :
• Engaging with customers in the showroom, via telephone, or at their homes to understand their needs
• Creating stunning, functional kitchen and bedroom designs
• Using design software (ArtiCAD and Easy Quote experience beneficial)
• Providing accurate cost estimates and quotations
• Managing projects from initial consultation to final sale
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets

• Extensive experience in kitchen and bedroom design & sales
• A proven track record of sales success in this industry
• Strong drawing and costing skills
• Experience with ArtiCAD and Easy Quote (preferred)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A positive, proactive attitude and strong motivation
