Your responsibilities as Automation Engineer
- Design, develop, and implement advanced automation systems tooptimize manufacturing and operational processes.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts to identify and resolve automation andcontrol system issues, ensuring seamless operation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality,and maintenance, to develop integrated solutions that meetorganisational goals.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation,including system designs, specifications, and user manuals.
- Oversee the installation, commissioning, and validation of automationsystems, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Stay ahead of industry advancements, researching and applying newtechnologies and methodologies to enhance automationcapabilities.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and contractors, ensuring thedelivery of high-quality equipment and services.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards,implementing necessary protocols for system safety and reliability.What we're looking for :
- A passion for technology and innovation, with a focus on drivingefficiency and performance through automation.
- Proven experience in automation engineering, with at least 4+ years ina similar role
- Knowledge of PLC programming, SCADA systems, and HMI development.
- Understanding of industrial control systems, including sensors,actuators, and communication networks.
- Proficiency in CAD software and programming languages (e.g., Python,C++) for system modelling and development.
- A hands-on, proactive approach and strong problem-solving skills.Ideal candidate profile :
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Automation Engineering, ElectricalEngineering, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience leading automation projects from design toimplementation.
