• Your Role as Assistant Bar Manager
• As our Assistant Bar Manager with Artfarm in Bruton, Somerset you'll be inspiring our team, leading by example and providing warm and genuine service.

Supporting the bar management team you will learn and progress while bringing your own service experience to help us continue to be a well-recognised bvenue for quality cocktails, coffees and food.

Daily duties include opening and closing procedures, cashing up and training team members.

This isn't just working in any bar though as we enjoy cooking on fire, serving cold drinks on our fantastic terrace and delicious food in the sun as well as hosting plenty of community engaging events which you will be part of.

It is always our duty to share our passion and knowledge with all of our guests and colleagues so we are looking for someone who enjoys hospitality and not just service.
